Event Packages
LadyB’s Event Packages are just what you need to celebrate your special day. We have provided just the right combination of decor items to help you get started. Whether planning a small occasion or something on a larger scale, we’re here to help. Choose from any of our event packages or create your own.
What’s Included?
Event packages are inclusive of head table setup with skirting, centerpiece and place settings. Guest tables include table linens with colored overlay, chair covers with colored sashes, and centerpiece. Customers may select from round or rectangular table setups. Packages are calculated with a count of 8-10 people per guest table. One 6-10 foot curtain backdrop is also included in our head table setup. If your backdrop requires additional footage, be sure to indicate the length and width you will need so that we can provide the appropriate coverage area. For areas requiring larger than 10’x10’ backdrop, additional fees will apply.
Banquet Packages:
RP-1: Setup includes: 1 skirted head table, centerpiece, and table setting and seating for 4; 5 guest tables, 50 chair covers w/sashes, and 5 centerpieces.
RP-2: Setup includes: 2 skirted head tables, centerpiece, and table setting and seating for 8; 10 guest tables, 100 chair covers w/sashes, 10 centerpieces. (Maximum 100 guests)
RP-3: Setup includes: 3 skirted head tables, 3 centerpieces and table setting and seating for 12; 15 guest tables, 150 chair covers w/sashes, 15 centerpieces. (Maximum 150 guests)
RP-4: Setup includes: 4 skirted head tables, 3 centerpieces and table setting and seating for 16; 20 guest tables, 200 chair covers w/sashes, 20 centerpieces. (Maximum 200 guests)
Pricing:
Pricing for our basic packages start at $550. While we do have set pricing for our packages, we will do our best to work with you to arrange the décor that aligns with your budget. We are here to help!
Please note: Additional fees will apply to items not included in the base package such as chargers or other table decors. Specialty floral arrangements such as feathers and pampas grass or other large florals can also be added for additional cost. Be sure to let us know your specific preference.
Table Decor:
No table is complete without elegant decorations. All of our basic starter packages come with colorful silk floral arrangements. These floral arrangements are designed specifically to coordinated with most color schemes. To add a more exquisite look, optional décor is available upon request. These items include but are not limited to: risers with/without acrylic crystals, floating pearls or candles in water bases, floral bases in your choice of silver, gold, or white; elegant disposable dinnerware (plates, cutlery, stemware), chargers, candelabras, crystal candle holders in gold or silver, and more. We also provide custom made table props to coordinate with your theme. Let us know your preference and we’ll make it happen.
Onsite Setups
When booking our service, be sure to give the number of guests that you expect to be in attendance. We understand that last minute guests sometimes arrive, however, we will only provide for the number of guest provided to us in your contract. Extra table settings and chair covers, and other decor will not be provided on site.
Travel
We will travel within a reasonable radius to setup for out-of-town events. Please note that travel fees will apply.
Event Props
Whether birthdays, baby showers, anniversaries, or other momentous occasions, we have a collection of props to compliment your theme. Our circle and chiara backdrop stands can be customized to incorporate your color scheme and theme. If we don’t have what you’re looking for in our inventory, we can help create the look you desire.
