Thank you for shopping at LadyB’s Bridal and Event Online Boutique. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site.

By accessing and using any part of our site, or purchasing something from us, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced.  If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any of these services.

 Business Services and Merchandise

We are a faith-based business that provides inspirational merchandise and decorating services. We are guided by a deep faith in God and committed to what we believe as biblical truths of God’s Holy Bible.  Our mission is to encourage the biblical sanctity of marriage and promote celebrations of momentous family occasions.

As a small business, we work with a variety of wholesale distributors that provide limited merchandise to our store.  Items are generally purchased in bulk orders; therefore, we do not maintain multiple quantities of any specific merchandise in stock. The merchandise we purchase from wholesale distributors may not be available for subsequent orders in added quantities, different sizes, or color variations.  When purchasing from our store, be sure to order the correct size, color, and quantity of items needed during your initial purchase. 

 Depending on the brand, make and model of our store products, sizes and colors may vary. Not all distributors carry the same measurements therefore we do not guarantee the same fittings for all merchandise we sell.  We will do our best to provide a detailed description of each item which will include its color, size, and measurements if applicable.   

 When ordering garments, be sure to take adequate measurements before ordering. To assist you with this, we have provided information on how to take appropriate measurements.  Should you order the incorrect size or color, we cannot guarantee an exchange for a larger or smaller size or alternative color.  If you have questions or concerns about a particular item, feel free to contact us before purchasing or drop by our boutique to get a firsthand viewing and fitting of our merchandise. 

 Once you receive your order, inspect your merchandise carefully upon arrival.  If you receive merchandise that is damaged or defective, shipped in error, or incomplete, contact us immediately at ladybsbridal@gmail.com or call us directly at 601-665-4431 within 3 business days of receipt so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. We value you as a customer and want to ensure you receive the best customer service.  Refer to our section on Damaged or Defective Merchandise for additional information. 

 Merchandise Returns

A completed Merchandise Return Form is required to return or exchange any merchandise. Click here to download the Return form.  (Please note:  We do not accept returns on Sale or Clearance items.)  Returns must be requested within 1 week (7 days) of the order being delivered to your address and must be sent back in its original packaging within 14 days of that request, otherwise the return will be denied.  Customers are responsible for return shipping on all purchases except items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

Sale and Clearance Purchases

Sale and clearance purchases are considered FINAL SALES and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon delivery.  We check all merchandise before shipping to ensure they are not damaged or defective.  Refunds on damaged or defective sale and clearance merchandise are typically not given but may be considered on a case-by-case basis if documented as stated in the Damaged or Defective Merchandise section.  If these items are not eligible for refunds, we will provide Store Credit at equal or lesser value.

 Refunds

We charge a 20% restocking fee for returns on non-sale or non-Clearance merchandise when you request a refund. Refunds take 7-10 business days to process after the date of receipt. Weekends and holidays are not included. We do not give refunds on any merchandise returned that shows signs of use.  You will be responsible for return shipping on all refunds. 

 Exchanges

We charge a 10% restocking fee for returned non-sale or non-Clearance merchandise when you request an exchange.   Exchanges can only be done once and are considered a FINAL SALE.  We do not exchange any merchandise that shows signs of use. Exchanges considered as a FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund, another exchange, or store credit.  You will be responsible for return shipping on all exchanges. 

 Store Credits

When Store Credits are given, they must be used within 6 months of the date it is issued. Items purchased with Store Credit are considered a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for anything else.  Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the item for the store credit to be issued. 

 Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you received damaged or defective merchandise upon delivery, call us directly at 601-665-4431 or notify us immediately by email at ladybsbridal@gmail.com within 3 business days of receipt.  Please note our hours of operation as we are closed most holidays and have limited opening hours throughout the week. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please leave a detailed email so that we can respond promptly.

 

Document damaged and defective merchandise upon delivery.  Take detailed notes and snap photos of both the compromised packaging and the damaged product. This will help us process and approve your claim faster as well as help us document the damaged goods to our carrier. 

 Damaged or defective merchandise must be returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt.  Return along with a completed Merchandise Return Form and supporting documentation. (Click here to access the form.) Once you notify us of the damaged delivery, we will provide you with a code for return shipping.  Be sure to document damaged merchandise properly and notify us within 3 business days of the damaged delivery to obtain the return shipping code.  Inadequate documentation or prolonged notification can result in nonrefundable merchandise.  

 Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will email you a notification of receipt.  Your merchandise and documentation received will then be reviewed and a decision will be made regarding your purchase. 

 We do not guarantee replacement of damaged or defective items. If the damaged or defective merchandise can be replaced, we will reissue the merchandise at no additional cost to you.  If the merchandise cannot be replaced, we will provide you with a store credit that must be used within 6 months of your initial purchase.

 Shipping

Free ground shipping is available on all orders over $75 within the United States. Some restrictions may apply.  If you desire express shipping, please contact us before ordering.  We do not ship internationally. Expressing shipping and shipping rates on all items under $75 are calculated based on the weight of the item and the distance it has to travel.  We use a network of carriers such as UPS, DHL, and USPS that provide a tracking number to ensure your items reach you as soon as possible.  We will notify you of the tracking number once the merchandise has shipped.

 Return Shipping

Free return shipping is available for merchandise shipped to you that is damaged or defective upon delivery if we are notified within 3 business days of receipt.  You must document the damage and contact us immediately for further instructions.  Refer to the section on Damaged or Defective Merchandise for additional info.

 All other return shipping is at the discretion of the customer.  Merchandise returned for refund or exchange must be returned at the customer’s expense along with a completed Merchandise Return Form.  Click here to access the form.  We strongly recommend you use a carrier that provides a tracking number and insurance to ensure your merchandise is returned to us.  We are not responsible for merchandise that is not received for returns or exchanges.

 Website

We may collect information that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. We collect this information to better understand how visitors use our website.  We may also collect information such as Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged-in users and for users who may leave comments on our blogs/sites or sales confirmations.

We use cookies on our website.  A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor’s computer. Cookies help identify and track visitors, their usage of our website, and their website access preferences. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers should set their browsers to refuse cookies before using our website. Visitors must keep in mind that certain features of our website may not function properly without the aid of cookies.

When using this website, you understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service, use of the service, or access to the service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of our Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for any updates or changes. Your use or access to our website or service constitutes acceptance of these changes.

  • We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

  •  We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

  • All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Billing Account Information

When using this website and its service, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Statement of Faith and Beliefs:

As a faith-based business, we promote biblically inspired merchandise and uphold the sanctity of the traditional Christian marriage.  Our site professes and proclaims Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and we believe the Holy Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. We believe that God does not change His views or actions and that He is always consistent with His promises.  Therefore, we believe that God is the supreme authority in matters of faith and our conduct. (Matthew 19:4-6; Hebrews 13:8; Malachi 3:6; Psalm 145:13)

Event Rentals

We provide a variety of rental packages and props for events.  Event rentals must be accompanied by a signed contract. Customers must adhere to our Renter’s Terms and Conditions.  Contact us to obtain a form for all rentals.  We reserve the right to require a holding fee for any rentals, particularly for first-time renters. All rentals must be paid in advance before the requested date.  Rentals must be reserved in advance and ½ of the total amount due is required to secure an event date.
